You know that moment when you’re scrolling through yet another casino site, and it all starts to blur together? Same logos, same bonus offers, same everything. Then you land on casino-and-friends.co.uk and something feels different. Not because it’s trying to be edgy or loud, but because it actually respects your time. The layout makes sense. The games load fast. And the welcome offer isn’t buried in fine print that makes you feel like you’re reading a legal document. Let’s get into what this place actually delivers.
The Welcome Offer Without the Gimmicks
New players get 125 bonus spins after their first deposit. Minimum deposit is £10, and you don’t need a promo code. That’s refreshing. The spins are for Book of Dead only, which is a solid choice if you know the game. But here’s the catch that matters: the wagering requirement sits at 60x on bonus spin winnings. That’s steeper than some competitors. You’ve got 30 days to clear it, and the max stake with bonus funds is the lower of £5 or 10% of your spin winnings. If you’re someone who plays methodically, this is manageable. If you’re a max-bet type, it’s a squeeze.
Game Library That Actually Has Range
Over 2,000 games sounds like a stat you’d see on any site, but the variety here holds up. Slots dominate with 1,500+ titles, including jackpot slots like Age of the Gods Cash Collect and Thor’s Rage. The table games section covers Lightning Baccarat, American Roulette, Super Sic Bo, and Video Poker. Live casino streams from Evolution, Pragmatic Play, and Play’n Go – no lag, no glitches during my tests. Arcade games like Mega Fire Blaze Plinko and Lightning Keno round things out. All RNGs are tested by iTech Labs, so the fairness claim isn’t just marketing fluff.
Payment Methods That Don’t Mess About
Deposits and withdrawals work through Visa, Mastercard, Trustly, PayPal, Apple Pay, HSBC, Bank Transfer, and Barclays. Every deposit lands instantly. Withdrawals take up to three days – I got mine in two using a debit Mastercard. One thing: verify your account before you try to withdraw. The site follows UKGC rules, so you’ll need to prove you’re 18+ and that you’re you.
VIP Program: Six Levels, Real Rewards
The VIP program isn’t just a name on a page. It has six levels, each requiring a specific number of VIP points earned through wagering. Rewards include a personal account manager, invites to events, and exclusive promotions. Here’s the breakdown:
| Level | Points Required |
|---|---|
| Bronze | 0 |
| Silver | 1,000 |
| Gold | 5,000 |
| Platinum | 15,000 |
| Diamond | 50,000 |
| Elite | 100,000 |
What You Need to Know Before You Sign Up
Before you jump in, here are the key points in order of importance:
- Wagering requirement on the welcome bonus is 60x – clear it within 30 days or lose it.
- Live chat runs from 6 AM to 10 PM GMT, not 24/7. Email responses come within two hours.
- Mobile app mirrors the desktop layout and works on iOS and Android.
Promotions Worth Your Time
Beyond the welcome offer, you’ll find daily picks that rotate between bonus spins and deposit matches. No promo codes needed. There are also tournaments where you compete on slot spins for extra rewards. Both are straightforward – no hidden steps, no hoops to jump through.
Final Takeaway
Casino and Friends is a legitimate UKGC-licensed site that doesn’t try to trick you. The 60x wagering requirement is the biggest downside, but if you play smart and don’t chase the bonus, the game selection and payment speed make it worth your time. Sign up, take the spins, but set your own limits. That’s the only way to win long-term.
